recycled plastic bags

recycled plastic bags
exactly how do they recycle plastic bags, like grocery shopping?

I need to know the process by which plants Recycling recycling plastic bags. Do they burn them? Etc and if they do what kind of noxious fumes or other, are issued? Is it even not bother to burn their bodies to not emit these harmful emissions. Dead Can Dance, I'm doing a research paper on the process of recycling plastic bags. Jeez!

Most plastic bags are made from # 4 LDPE or low density polyethylene. Plastic bags are not always the best to recycle because they can contain many contaminants that can make them difficult to recycle. The bags are brought to the grocery store to be recycled, it is easier. Especially if you have a group who are wadded up. It is also good if you re-use once or twice. My mother It is used for garbage bags in boxes small bathroom trash. So it is the reduction and reuse, which are both educational higher importance than recycling. I sometimes use them to fill the void on wrapping gifts at Christmas. It's better than buying paper void fill. And I also use them to absorb things like glasses every time I move. When they are recycled, they are melted. Usually, the plastic is first seen. Then it is cut up and washed often. After it is chopped and washed it through what is called an extruder. The extruder is essentially a type of screw that moves slowly through the plastic and heats it to a certain temperature it melts. If the plastic is too hot, then burn. If not hot enough then it will not melt. The screw device feeds the ground by a plastic tube with electric radiators along the tube for molten then pushes the melted plastic tip through holes that are essentially melted plastic out to resemble spaghetti. As the plastic out in spaghetti like strings, it is cut into small pearls. These beads are usually cool and collected in large bins. These beads can then be mixed with other virgin plastic beads to create new bags or other products. Some pearls have dye added them. Normally a new bag will contain approximately 10-20% recycled materials. The more time a product is recycled as material becomes low, especially with paper. By mixing different types of beads they can get the type of plastic they want. To make new bags, these beads have enough in a hopper. If they want to say an orange bag they will add some beads to the mixture of orange plastic. Normally, the recycled content is not too high because the recycled bags made of all different colors and could change the color of the bag. This hopper beads through the same type of machine screw to warm and melt the plastic again. But this time, instead of melting the plastic spaghetti like strings and hash it passes through a head which forms the plastic into a type of thin tube of the bubble. A small amount of air pressure is placed inside the tube to the Control pipe size and thickness of plastic film. The plastic cools and hardens in the tube then goes and gets several rolls wound on a roll. This coil plastic film tube is then transferred to another machine that cuts the plast certain lengths. To make plastic sheeting, it is also cut Withs sure. For bags if it is normally cut the length, then it is sealed at the bottom with a hot wire that cuts and seals the bottom. Or a wire may be used to cut and another is used to seal a little higher. As far as the bags do not degrade in a landfill for millions of years, which is not particularly true to some extent. Many bags and bottles have added organic items to plastic. The organic components added to plastic allow the plastic to break up into small pieces. The organic pieces are made to be degraded by sunlight, oxygen, or microbes. This so that the bag does not leave unsightly debris alongside roadsides and stuff for years when people throw them out of their cars.
