How Ampere Germany is necessary to charge a battery portable solar power?
I want to build a solar panel with a group solar cells that produce and I together 18v and 1.25 amps. The battery is 18V and 3.2 amps. So am I right in assuming that they need more time about 3 times higher than normal to charge the battery on my laptop in perfect solar?
