How can I load two 12V batteries with two 15V solar panels are each AMP and 5 of each?
Senior Project – We're trying to build a distiller Go Kart solar. We have two panels 40WATT are 15V each, and 5 amps each. We will use two 12V batteries to run the engine. We charge these batteries using signs, but do not know what type of charger you need. Where can I find a charger that is DC and out? Any information will help

Yes, it is called a charge controller. A panel of 15 volts is marginal for the battery 12 volt, you need something like 20 volts. A 12-volt battery requires 15 volts of power load. A panel of 15 volts will only do so with full sun, and not with any of those present and significant. The best is a charge controller (see second), which includes a DC-DC converter to adjust the voltage of the optimal value for the load battery. This is preferable to affix the batteries in series and in parallel, so you can charge both at the same time with a charge controller ..
